Inept and disrespectful office manager. She told me that my copay was $1800 even though this provider takes my insurance. I called my insurance company to ask the copay they should have charged and my insurance company responded “$5.00.” The dental assistant was extremely nice and I’m sure the doctors are nice too, but they should fire their office manager.
