Had to call the cops yesterday on resident that lives this apt complex at 901 building 200. Her name is Carolyn Standish. She threatens people with her baseball bat. Goes walking around Threatens people. She also drives in a Black Cameron like a maniac while people are walking around apt complex. this woman is danger to everyone who lives this apt complex.
We have lived here since February and love it. Great location and they really take care of the property. They did a major upgrade to the buildings this year. Great value with reasonable monthly rent. We love our view of the lake and canal and golf course.
All I know is they have great signage! Professionally installed and compliments the landscaping perfectly
We have live here at Plantation Club for 4 years now, and we love it! We've had no problems whatsoever! There are neighbors, that do just toss their trash over the dumpster area without even bothering to take 5 extra seconds to lift the lid and put it in the dumpsters. To me that just shows no respect.
Been living here 2 weeks and love it already!
This is the best place to live, safe ,friendly environment
