I love this complex, I especially love maintenance. They always go above and beyond . I put in about 6 work orders at one time and they did all of them in 24 hours. They also respond to emergency work orders fast !
An error and some miscommunication has taken place but, the property manager has contacted me and has been working to make it right.
A waste of my time and possibly the worst experience Ive ever gone through ever. We were interested in the community as we know someone in the community as well as we had just relocated for work to this area. We are currently facing challanges that make things like looking for an apartment much more difficult which is a bit ridiculous but whatever. Makenna has been so helpful in this stressful moving process, I love my new apartment and everything wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without her help. I also just wanted to add, how much of a much needed ray of sunshine she was for me in a moment of chaos!
