Very Disappointed with the Application Process and Lack of Communication My son and I visited Volare at The Woodlands with the intention of finding our next home. I officially regret leasing at these apartments. The leasing process was already frustrating from the beginning, and things haven’t improved since moving in. The front gates by the office stopped working for me recently even though I have the required sticker, which is extremely inconvenient. Parking has also been a major issue. There’s little to no parking available near my apartment, and there are two cars a Corvette and another vehicle constantly parked on the side that never seem to move.
