I can't put in words how awesome this place was to my family. After being tossed through the ringer and hundreds of dollars thrown away from other complexes in the area for app fees just to be turned away, having Mrs. Myesha view as human beings and not just a thing she has to deal with at her job was such a great feeling. She was very hard working and patient with me even though my phone stop working. Very please with her.
To anyone facing eviction or had eviction process on them. Take them to equity court! Petition the court for a prayer of relief due to arbitration clause in lease agreement. Many of y'all miss that in your lease agreement. Never ask for a motion with court because they will side with courts. Do a 211 irs form on everyone. The complex, judge, lawyer and clerk! File it back in your case. Time read people!
My experience leasing with Myesha at the Oliver left nothing to be desired. I had no issues come up, everything was smoothly handled by Myesha; she kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was satisfied with everything before I signed my lease. I can't say enough about Myesha's professionalism and relatibility as well as my overall experience leasing here.
