Since I have live in The Oliver Apartments the first 2 months my car was stolen the cost was $8500 and just recently my car was broken into that’s so far is $2500 and still haven’t gotten the total bill yet so don’t know what it the total bill will be . This place is entirely overpriced, understaffed, unprofessional, and they do not care about your needs. I thought when I moved in that the pool would be open, and the gym would be open, but I was wrong. After a year, both of those “amenities” have not been available still. They have VERY LOW staff for maintenance and the workers in the office are very rude and unprofessional. I had an amazing experience with Myesha! She made my move-in process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. She was very professional, organized, and efficient every step of the way. On top of that, her personality is so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend working with her!
I cannot say enough great things about Myesha, our Assistant Property Manager! She is truly amazing at what she does and always goes above and beyond for residents. She is professional, attentive, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her communication is excellent, and she makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. The leasing team is so professional and positive. Very helpful with application process, move in and anything else a resident might need. I was very impressed with their team work and dedication to their residents. Would definitely recommend.
