This place is trash. I lived there for over a year and hated every minute of it Nothing was ever fixed. Some items don't even meet city, county or state requirements regarding rental properties. Management is horrible and usually inappropriately dressed. My guest and I were harassed on a regular basis by management In addition, they are over-priced to boot
These apartment does not provide laundry the security cameras have been told to some tenants that they do not work and taking a risk of being harassed by property Management after 10:00 on a regular basis and staff works more between 10:00 and 4:00 a.m. then they do turn normal business hours. It's also being ran by people who have major drug charges as cocaine meth and weed and also multiple indecent exposures and the neighbors clearly state that they've seen him in decent exposures in the windows with no curtains. DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU CAN LIVE WITH MAJOR REGRETS! COMMENT SPACE ISN'T LARGE ENOUGH TO LIST ALL THE PROBLEMS!!! THEY CHANGE APT. MGRS. ABOUT EVERY 9 MONTHS. HOW DO I PUT THIS...THE WORD "S L U M L O R D" SUMS IT UP NICELY! NO STAR RATING! I REPEAT, NO STAR RATING!
