Very poor service!! My dryer and washer went out of order but they didn’t not fix it for weeks. Plus they don’t allow us to dry the clothes in the balcony saying that it is against the rules. I don’t recommend these apartments. They also keep raising the rent money at the end of the renewing lease.!!!
Absolutely love living here! Great complex, quiet neighbors, fast repairs when needed!
I'm so glad my Fiance and I chose these apartments to move in to. We have a one bedroom with studio and it is very spacious and updated. We have stainless steel appliances with a very large kitchen and dining room. The staff and maintenance workers are very helpful and keep the grounds very clean and well maintained. Our living room is very spacious due to our vaulted ceilings because we are on the third floor and I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for one!
These apartments are awesome!!! The staff is wonderful and I definitely recommend these apartments to everyone!! We love it here! I would not want to live in any other apartment in the River Region area!!! Best decision we ever made was moving here. Our apartment is very large and spacious enough for the three of us and a large breed dog!!! Top Apartment Complex in the area!!!!
I have lived at Plantation Apartments since December 2014 and I LOVE it!!! They have been so helpful from the first day I walked in to ask questions and take a tour of the apartments. The grounds are very clean and well maintained on a daily basis. The office staff is awesome to work with and very helpful if you have to call them. They are very quick to come out to fix problems that may occur.
