My AC broke down during a sweltering afternoon. Plantation AC Services had a tech out within a few hours. He replaced a capacitor, checked the system, and had cool air blowing again in no time. Lifesaver service.
Ben was amazing. Our problem for now was simple, but we are complete novices when it comes to HVAC issues. He took a lot of time to answer all our questions. We will need to replace our unit in the next few months or years, and Plantation AC Services will get the call.
We haven't actually used this company. They just came out to tell us what's wrong with our AC. BUT!! Ben was super professional, explained it all to us and didn't pressure us into anything. We will use them when we need to!!
Good unit at great price for starters, then great culture and service throughout. Lads helped my wife (who had our baby with her), helped me on pick up, admin staff really friendly, and when we had a tiny problem with the contract they couldn't do enough to resolve and make sure we were happy. A brilliant product, brilliant experience from a brilliant company from top to bottom.
