We cleaned up the apartment before we left and asked management to do a walk they so they don't claim we did any damage. This lady even pointed out a singular hair left in the bathroom and made us pick up a single hair. Yet she kept the security deposit claiming the carpet wasn't clean. My mother was a resident there and they treated her horribly. They were supposed to replace the disgusting carpet when she moved in, rather they cleaned it multiple times and never getting any of the stains out. When she complained about the family upstairs keeping her up all hours of the night, management bullied her rather than addressing the issue.
