ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! Sold many homes over the years, she completely stopped talking to me even before closing. Never had such an experience. Never had a realtor not even show up at a closing
Found them to be decitful and not forth coming with the truth asked if the house I was buying was in a flood zone and was told no what they didn't say was they be were redrawing flood maps and it would be so 6 months after purchase I had buy flood insurance that caused my payment to go o up 250dollars
Where to start about Sandra as a realtor. Sandy showed us homes for close to 6 months. Lets talk knowledge. I wanted to see a property as we pulled up she said it floods here. We were talking to the owner and sure enough Sandy after asking a few questions got the owner to admit that it flooded. We looked at a home where she spotted termites before we entered.
