Jay completed some landscaping for us. We paid his bills in full when asked. He was pleasant and attentive during the build. Unfortunately having flagged some defect issues he has not been willing to come back and fix them. Leaving us with work to fix that we paid him to do. Disappointing and I couldn’t recommend him.
