Worst experience ever. Weeds everywhere after over a year of service, no calls back after 3 voicemails over the course of 2 months, and sub par service. Killed a small portion of our grass. Owner and office manager rude as can be when I could finally get ahold of them.
RecommendedThey’ve taken fantastic care of our yard since they came to the area (2012-ish??). The technicians are professional & thorough - & the dogs even like them! If we have areas of concern, we just call the office & it’s addressed. We had some brown patches & it turned out it was due to our sprinklers not hitting that area. We do have weeds creeping in from the neighbors yard, but how can we possibly blame PIE for that? They spray (& we pull) what creeps over as we see it, but it’s not like anyone is out there looking every day!
Absolute best in the business
In the beginning my yard looked great. I am the only person in the neighborhood that has professional services yet my yard is now the worst. I have some of the healthiest crab grass you have ever seen and half my lawn in the yard is non existent. Very unhappy customer and money well wasted.
they do two applications well and then you have to call them like hell to get a response. always late and no transpercy. don't give them the business.. totally unprofessional group :(

Yard is FULL of weeds, like it is every year. Last year the owner implied it was my fault because I hadn't paid their bill. He also promised this year would be better and they just had to "end the cycle." It's been 3 years and he's yet to be able to.
It’s been a little over a year since I connected with PIE. I’ve gotten 10+ compliments this week on my grass. Include my Father, the grass guru. #familytraditions #PIE
