I have been using Plant It Earth for about 6 months now and my lawn has never looked better. The man who comes to treat the lawn really goes out of his way to let me know what is happening. I would recommend them to anyone who has had problems with other companies not getting the results.

The Worst Tampa Lawn Service Plant it Earth is the worst lawn service in the Tampa area. If they cared about our landscaping in the slightest they wouldn't send rude people to our homes to trample our flower beds on a regular basis. Every 2 months or so Plant It Earth (PIE) company sends people through our neighborhood putting flyers in everyone's doors. After having tried 2-3 local yard treatment services in the Tampa area, I did my own yard work for 3-4 years. With a busy schedule, I finally tried Plant It Earth....what a MISTAKE. The yard crew appeared on schedule the first few times and did a complete coverage of the entire yard...For the remaining 5 months, they did SPOT coverage, walking along and squirting fertilizer or bug killer in a few locations. Would not recommend. Salesperson misrepresented services. Claimed to provide more services for price than were actually performed. Technician burned sod in one area. Supposedly applied treatment for sod webworms but were told by landscaper that there is a severe infestation. Called office to discuss situation and were told they would cancel our account. No attempt was made to correct situation. Very poor customer service.

Your Kidding... – Spoke with staff member, Ashley, on Aug, 9, 2011 to cancel further services with this company. Two weeks later they continued to debit my bank account for services not performed. On Aug. 30, 2011 I called and spoke with Erica(supervisor) who gave me multiple excuses regarding this matter. She claimed she was not able to review client account summaries for any account beyound June 2011. What does that tell you. In short, she said she would review this matter and get back with me. Totally irresponsible lawn care service. – Extremely unreliable. They would call and tell me the day they were going to come out and would never show up. I would never receive a courtesy call with an explanation. Perhaps their recordkeeping was so poor that I kept falling through the cracks. I don't need a lawn care service that I have to constantly keep after to get them to do their job. If you are looking for responsible service look elsewhere..

Had PIE for over a year and have not had any problems. Yard has improved drastically. We have multiple companies that roam our neighborhoods in the pasco county area and promise the world and never deliver. PIE has been the only one that has come through.
