Plant City Towers has very bad customer Service; they never pick up the phone. Even when going to get an application, The rules with management, pretty much sucks.
The amazing place
My mom has been living there for a year and everything has been great. Staff is nice and so are the neighbors. There was a little hiccup once and the staff helped my mother resolve it asap. I’m glad she’s enjoying herself here.

I have called several times and left messages, no one answers the phone or calls back. I came up here and the office people are sitting inside looking at me trying to open the door, they do not get up to see what i need and i called while standing outside the door, they didn't even answer the phone. How did they have 5 stars? Or rent apts if not opening the door or answering the phones.
