This place is absolutely wonderful. I had a "floral mocha" and its absolute genius blend of lavender and the scent of a beautiful summer day when the plants are in bloom right before a delicious blend of soft mocha milk blended in an absolutely beautiful fashion. Its the greatest adventure ive ever had with coffee. The customer service is inviting,warm , and friendly, like coming in out of the rain to friends and family.

Been about 4x. It was always fine, but usually a long wait. This final time, I got my Boba to-go, and didn't try it before I left. By the time I got to the bottom of my beverage, I still had tons of tapioca balls left, because they were all **congealed** to each other about 6 at a time and were extra chewy and hard. Couldn't finish it, threw it in the garbage. 4 stars bc Banks Avenue needs fun things, but I don't think I'll be back.
