Didn’t even last 5 minutes in this store. Me and my boyfriend drove out 25 mins just to try this place. We walk in and absolutely nobody acknowledges us, we were only met with weird stares. I thought I entered the wrong place because everyone was looking at us like we just entered some private event. There also was no menu up to look at. After 5 minutes of no one speaking to us we just decided to leave. Worst customer service.
Love this new place, hope it does very well. Food is good, pastries are pleasant, and the staff is friendly. The outside area is gorgeous. That being said, they could benefit from two workers making coffee in the morning. I waited 10 mins for a small drip. And people are in a rush in the mornings, I saw some come and go after they see the line of 3 people. Also, “honey syrup?” Let’s get some real honey please. It’s North Carolina. Otherwise keep up the good work!
Love the atmosphere and the staff! Julian always goes out of his way to connect with the guests and always remembers my go to drink:)
