I just moved in and had such a great experience! Jessica and Lindsey were very helpful throughout the process as I had many questions. Very happy with the apartment thus far!

We have recently moved to Winston-Salem and we love living at Plant 64. Jessica is amazing and always responsive when we have questions. Also, a big shout out to Amari with the maintenance crew. We had a problem with our refrigerator and he solved the issue immediately. Thanks, Amari!
I’ve been a resident going on 3 years now & just out of curiosity, I looked up the reviews & am saddened by the ridiculous complaints that have been posted. I love living here. the apartments are spacious, the location is great & the community is kept clean. Not to mention the change in management has been such a positive adjustment. Emails are sent out consistently of policy reminders & you can see the effort management is making.
