Smells like piss and weed all around the unit, but I tolerated because I enjoyed my space. Management is absolutely incompetent and only cares about your experience when you’re moving in and will charge unnecessary fees on move out. The company you move in with is not the one you move out with. PMC policy is absolutely TRASH

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live inside your neighbors’ lives without the inconvenience of actually knowing them, this apartment building is for you. The walls are apparently made of recycled tissue paper and regret, because I can hear everything. Not just the occasional muffled conversation—no, no. I’m talking full surround sound. I know what my neighbor is watching on TV, who they’re arguing with, and possibly their social security number at this point. Privacy is more of a conceptual suggestion here. And let... read more

Packages stolen with nothing done about it, roaches all over the halls, trash/ urine smell throughout the entire building, mold in units, faulty fire alarms that keep you up for hours at 4am, sewage smell seeping from shower drains that they swear they’ll fix but never do, small dog park that is not maintained, money hungry property that is not at all worth the price. Do yourselves a favor and find literally anywhere else.

I haven’t really had a problem since living here. In terms of management Morgan has been very responsive and helpful in terms of just easy to communicate with about getting a pet or just updating my vehicle. But overall I’ve been recommending this property to a few people I work with.
