Packages stolen with nothing done about it, roaches all over the halls, trash/ urine smell throughout the entire building, mold in units, faulty fire alarms that keep you up for hours at 4am, sewage smell seeping from shower drains that they swear they’ll fix but never do, small dog park that is not maintained, money hungry property that is not at all worth the price. Do yourselves a favor and find literally anywhere else.
I haven’t really had a problem since living here. In terms of management Morgan has been very responsive and helpful in terms of just easy to communicate with about getting a pet or just updating my vehicle. But overall I’ve been recommending this property to a few people I work with.
PART 2 Air Conditioning Failure On Tuesday, June 2, after returning from my trip, both my partner and I fell ill and were unable to get out of bed. During this time, our AC was not functioning properly. I attempted to reset the thermostat, and once I was feeling slightly better, I submitted a maintenance request. To Whom It May Concern, PART 1 We have lived at Plant 1 in Apartment 4183 since February 28, 2025. In just over three months, we have experienced multiple unacceptable issues that have made our living situation increasingly difficult and frustrating.
