The guys at Plano Plumbing helped me resolve a hot water slab leak. They responded right away to a request for assistance and scheduled a site visit. I was surprised to discover a small flood happening by the shutoff valve at the curb and gave Plano Plumbing a call. Thankfully, Mario was able to fit a service call in the next day. I got a call the next morning because Mario had an opening and could come even earlier! (Yes, please!) He and Gerald showed up and walked me through their game plan. I used them today for the first time to fix a water heater leak. They got me scheduled, came the same day and solved my problem. They were very professional, kind, explained things to me and put me at ease. I have their magnet now and will use them anytime I need a plumber. So nice to find a good company!

Mario came out within 20 minutes of my call after receiving a 4x larger than normal water bill. He helped us locate our hidden sprinkler box and determined that our leak was in the sprinkler system, not in the house. We appreciate the speediness and professionalism and will certainly call again if ever needed!
