Overall. My experience was very good. Jack did an outstanding job in getting the boat that I wanted.
I have bought boats from Plano Marine and have been a customer for a long time, until the Lewisville service department decided to rip me off. The service manager himself said it was only a few hundred dollars when trying to explain the bogus charges. Don't trust these people. They are NOT honest and cannot be trusted. I emailed senior mgmt and got no response. They do not care that their service department is ripping off their customers and driving them away.
