Chris at Plano Diesel did a phenomenal job with repairing my 6.4L. A dealership told me I needed to replace my turbo and my HPFP for a quote of $$$$$$$ and it would have been a week before they could even get to it. I took it to Plano Diesel where Chris took his time to accurately diagnose the problem. He was able to get to the root of the issue, repaired it for half the amount of the dealership, and was able to get to it the next day. Outstanding service from diesel experts. Tracked down the electrical on my Powerstroke 6.0 and fixed it very quickly. Finally, a local shop I can count on.
My first experience at Plano Diesel was as good as it gets. I got a quick accurate estimate. Multiple issues existed... from front end work, a failing alternator, glow plugs out and a Cam shaft sensor that needed replacing. Everything was completed in a timely manner and the estimate was the same as the final invoice. 5 STARS for this small but mighty shop!
Had a very good experience with this shop. The mechanic had an answer for every question and a solution. I would highly recommend using them. They even came and picked up my 6.0. When I showed up to pick it up and pay she was freshly shined up and running good. Thanks again guy's!!! I will be back for sure.
