During my move to Texas, I chipped a filling. Saw and ad for this place and since it had great reviews on Google and Yelp, called to make an appointment. -Repeatedly called asking for my policy number (I didn't have it off-hand due to the move, and I had told them I would provide at my appt) -Appt day-Repeatedly told how great my insurance coverage was (hmm) -Ended up "needing" a root canal on the opposite side of my mouth (not the one with the chipped filling) even though I had no issues with it, so they placed a temporary ... read more
This place is awesome I work 5 minutes away they were able to get my dental work done on my lunch break coming back is a must.
I have been going to Plano Center Dental for about 3 years for my dental needs. They always make sure that I am comfortable while in the chair, and answer any questions that I have as a patient. The staff is extremely professional and caring of your needs through the whole appointment. The Saturday appointments make life easier on the working adult.
