If I could leave a minus 5 star rating, I would. This it the worst property management company I’ever ever experienced. They charge an exorbitant amount per month and do NOTHING for our condo community. They’re absolutely pathetic. You’re better off finding a 5th grader to run your community properly management or be self-managed association. Do not have anything to do with this company! If you are currently a customer, look over your financial statements very carefully. Chances are they are incorrect and detrimental to your association. Stay away from them. Bad company!
If it was possible I would post a negative rating. Jane Heavin and her company were the absolute worse at property management. I have lived at our condo complex for 20+ years and there were zero improvements done under her management. If you are able to get into contact with her the excuse was always that there is not enough money to do improvements.
