Highly Recommended They own about 20 apartment buildings in Lincoln Park and Lakeview of various styles. Call them, tell them what you are looking for, and they will drive you around to a variety of apartments. My experience: they gave me a rent.com $100 rebate, $250 off the first month's rent, waived the credit check/application fee, and were nice and no-pressure. They own the buildings so you don't have to pay the Chicago Apartment Finders higher rent.
Service a bit slow, but great food Service a bit slow as only two pwople work there, but food is good. Burgers are homemade, not frozen. Sandwiches are huge. Gets busy around lunch time and wait may be long.
