You have the worst practice I have ever experienced and from your television show I assumed that you care about animals (pets). November 30. 2020 I took my 25-year-old pet cockatiel Jamie, to your practice to see Dr. Byrne about leg issues and not being able to stand to eat or drink. What a nightmare. I ignored dozens of awful reviews years ago and chose to make this my vet, exclusively based on their prices. You get what you pay for, which isn't much. They're 'open with social distancing guidelines' but they just need to be closed. I tried to call about a half a dozen times to schedule an appointment, but during the best of times, [pre-covid] they've never answered a phone call I've placed. I stopped by in April of 2019 after a business trip to Denver, Co. I gave a cash donation of $200. I was supposed to get an e-mail so I could deduct it off my taxes. Still have yet to see any paperwork. Very disappointed. Was a fan of the show and would not support them at all.

If you do not consider your pet as a part of your family, this is the place for you! If your pet has to stay with them for anything, you will never know how they are doing. The only thing you get when you call anytime is a voicemail. And sometimes maybe they will call you back. Each person you talk to in the office will have a different procedure and a different price to tell you to pay. Wow called planned pethood plus today to get my dog Harley seen thinking it would be a good idea since I have friends and family telling me they take payments they help people who are low income and all they other stuff about how great they are well the lady calls me back and from word hi is rude telling basically that I just want to go their because they are on tv and then says no vet takes payments then say here's some low cost vets and gives me other vets numbers after telling me that planned pethood plus has spots open n... read more
