Terrible service. Run away from there... This people wait till the patient is there in person to tell them that “they can’t been seen because they are missing a lab result which the pcp didn’t send ”..... why you guys don’t check that before and call the patient or the pcp office to request that information and we don’t miss tour time ? And then you tell the patient (my mother) to go back 2 days later (Wednesday) at 4 pm and the office was close !!! Are you serious ? Now ? Next appointment is available in 1 month ! Pffff....... read more
front desk is rude and unprofessional everytime i go. changing my planned parenthood location because of this. fix your staff!!
