Super nice staff Jorge, Lorie, Lydia, Diana, patty super sweet and attentive. The Dr very nice as well. Overall good experience.
I went to this facility today to have my mirena iud removed being it has been 5 years, I would have loved to replace it. However, could not afford over $1,000.00 out of pocket being I currently do not have health insurance. After sharing that with the medical assistant Adrianna ( I believe that's her name, long blonde hair) she informed me the mirena is actually good for 7 years. This entire staff lacks empathy. I had a panic attack in the office because they turned me away and made me feel like I had no options. I felt so helpless and had to beg them to point me into the direction to help me find a solution. I chose PPH because I thought they had a reputation of actually helping people but this office just shows they could careless. My nurse that I had today was extremely rude as well.
