Went and hot an abortion the first time was great everything g went smooth second time years later recently I went and the lady had the machine in me jamming it back and forth to suck the fetus out and the first 10 mins it wasn’t out I was in pain for nothing.
I went there twice and the first time I had to wait 45 minutes (after the time of my appointment)for my name to get called .then the second time I came in at 8:20am sat there for almost an hour and a half just to see someone that walked in WAYY after us get called. I left at around 9:40ish. Ridiculous.

DO NOT make your appointment online. I'll update the rating once I get the service I made an appointment for, I had to reschedule and wait two more weeks because the online system doesn't work. I have a lot of mental health issues and this procedure is painful, so I had myself so prepared and cleared my schedule for nothing. A big company like PP shouldn't have these issues, and shouldn't allow people to make and verify appointments online that simply don't exist.
