DO NOT make your appointment online. I'll update the rating once I get the service I made an appointment for, I had to reschedule and wait two more weeks because the online system doesn't work. I have a lot of mental health issues and this procedure is painful, so I had myself so prepared and cleared my schedule for nothing. I got my birth control implant replaced here and it was a wonderful experience. Every member of staff I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Every step at every part of the experience was explained thoroughly and staff always made sure to get my consent/permission before doing anything. Despite the issues with their staffing and other negative things I've experienced with this place, they have still been a lifesaver for my HRT. Can't thank them enough
