Consider using their gender health services! I looked to them as a last resort to refill my medications after years at my old provider, now I’m wondering why I didn’t go to Planned Parenthood sooner. Terribly unorganized. Hours listed online, on the door of the location and when called were apparently wrong so I showed up at 8:00am as was stated but they didn't actually open until 8:30. When I did get in at 8:30 as a walk in for UTI, receptionist told me their provider hadn't shown up yet so they weren't taking walk-ins today. This was the only place open on Saturday that could take my insurance, so i ended up going to another urgent care and paying $200 for the service. I had an incredible experience with the team at Planned Parenthood Ventura, and I’m beyond grateful for the care I received from Arturo, Rebekah, Dr. Berry, and Amy. I had an appointment Yesterday 3/22 (Sat) for an IUD exchange. I was not really looking forward to the uncomfortable procedure but it's had been 8 years since my last visit so I did not really have a choice. 8 years ago it was a regular medical office, in and out, nothing terrible but nothing to write a review about either.
