This is by far the best healthcare experience I’ve had since moving to Canada. The entire team is so kind, welcoming, and caring. A special thank you to the nurses, especially Alexis and Susannah, and to the amazing receptionists as well. I’m truly grateful for everyone who works at this clinic! ❤️
Stupidity at its finest
Everyone at PPT is so kind and accommodating. I got my Jackson-Pratt drains removed here, since my general practitioner was away at the time. They booked me in quickly, and accommodated rescheduling when needed. The front desk staff are very welcoming. Special thanks to Em and Lydia for their help removing the drains. Em provided a painless experience that was also informational and reassuring, and I appreciated Lydia's calm and friendly energy alongside them. Great clinic. Staffs are nice, nice people. Shoutout to Dr. Rabea, one of the best docs I've known. Shout out to Nurse Lydia, one of the best nurses too. Wish i could continue with this clinic but it's a youth clinic so after 29yrs, you ve to go. But overall, good team at PPT.💪🏽✌🏾🌹
