I haven't even been able to go in! I called and waited 6 minutes before pressing 1 to stay in the wait but hang up. 3 minutes later a call popped up from them for 5 seconds before being hung up!!!! I called right back and now have been in the call waiting for 13 minutes!!!! This is absolutely unreasonable. If I wanted to wait and have this type of service I would have just gone to get a new driver's license.
i had an appointment at 11 to get my birth control removed, i was in the waiting room for over an hour before anyone even got to me. After they took me to a room, the lady said she would be back in a couple of minutes and i waited again for another 30 minutes. highly do not recommend coming here if you have other things to do because they will take forever.
Very unkind experience with Crystal
I took my two daughters in for a simple iud insertion, nothing else was needed insurance covers one specific treatment at a time I never agreed for anything else to be done, when my daughters were in the room by themselves the nurse asked if they wanted extra testing done without my knowledge extra testing was preformed these are minors and I’m the policyholder they should’ve notified me beforehand! The lady over the phone is so rude. If she doesnt want to speak or give informantion in a polite way then maybe she should look for another job, and not sound cocky. You answer the phone, be polite and get a grip.
