Horrible experience. Brought my friend in for her first visit, they were incredibly rude, walked in on her changing and didn’t leave when she asked, performed exams without telling her or explaining, rushed us out even though it was basically empty. Very disappointing as a heavy donator to this company.
Even with a scheduled appointment, the total visit duration for a simple exam exceeds an hour and a half as, "We havd a new system". While the providers are attentive and kind, administrative processes managed by front staff are notably slow and inefficient. The facility’s overall cleanliness, including exam rooms, also falls below acceptable standards. Everyone was so so nice!! My nurse was amazing as well! My check in was quick and got back in about 5 minutes!
I had a really upsetting experience at Planned Parenthood. All of the women I interacted with were so kind and welcoming, but the man who called me back, Ed, was incredibly rude. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn’t even feel safe sharing personal information with him. I needed my spironolactone and estradiol refill today at cvs I have no pills or patches for 4 months I called up here 3 times first 2 ladys hanged up were not helpful at all wasted my time 3 lady did not help me either keep talking over me when i was trying to talk I missed my appointment today at 11.30am because I have not been feeling well my side been hurting me really bad kesha g Williams I need my pills and patches bad
