I recently called to schedule an appointment at Planned Parenthood- South San Francisco 11Dec 14:30 ish and unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was less than ideal. I was disappointed by the receptionist’s lack of professionalism. Very friendly, patient and caring staff. Exam rooms are spacious compared to the San Mateo location. Parking can be difficult but they were understanding when I arrived a bit late. Will return to this location again instead of the San Mateo location.
for a vital healthcare organization they sure didn't take my health seriously. i did not receive the time-sensitive care i'd arranged for. when i showed up i was told that they don't even do appointments at the time i was scheduled, and furthermore i hadn't been placed into their system at all. they told me they didn't have any room for walk-ins and my only options were to reschedule or wait all afternoon to see if someone didn't show up. complete waste of time and money traveling to get there. please do better.
