My daughter and I went there for her appointment; I paid for everything that day! At the end of the 10 minute visit the receptionist told me I would get a refund of $100. That was now 2 WEEKS AGO! I have called and had to have my daughter get in the phone to just talk about the payment that I made while in the office. I still DO NOT EVEN SEE A PEND ADJUSTMENT FOR MY CREDIT CARD!! If you go pay in cash don’t trust these people with your money!!

I just drove an hour here because it was the closest available appointment and they turn me away and rescheduled my appointment for a week later They didn't even see me. What is the point of offering online appointments if you are going to turn people away when they get there.
