Receptionist on second floor rude. She said in front of the girl how painful procedure would be. When dealing with young girls try to be nicer. Also, when requested appointment, not enough info given. We weren't told everything that was needed and weren't told that a Doctor would not be present that day. How is this helping these girls who find this traumatic enough just going there and now may not go back?

Went in for nexplanon removal. The staff was so friendly,welcoming,and supportive. I was nervous but the clinician was nice and talked me through. Everything was sterile and the process was so easy and over with minutes. They answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable. I will be back for anything else I need in the future regarding my health. Please go here if you are nervous or worried about something they do care and will help.
It's a great place to come and feel safe when you need help or services. I didn't want to see a doctor, but came for educational information on miscarriage and how to cope. Staff was friendly and professional.
