Thankful that Planned Parenthood exists, I was able to get a wellness exam appointment for the following day. Great service and check-in experience. Desiree was attentive and helpful in answering any questions I had. Thank you!
I just drove an hour here because it was the closest available appointment and they turn me away and rescheduled my appointment for a week later They didn't even see me. What is the point of offering online appointments if you are going to turn people away when they get there.
Have been coming here for years for wellness exams and followups! Thank goodness for Planned Parenthood
The nurses are great, but I feel like there's always mis communication with the front staff or whoever is on the phone when calling in. The person was very rude and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing or didn't want to do what they were doing. I had to remind them they had the 12 week prenatal program. That they have access to scheduling or appts and it's details. Of the Locations. It's very frustrating. But again, the inhouse staff is good.
