Setting in here for almost an hour now and I'm about to get up and walk away..
I had an appointment today, and I accidentally went to the wrong place and was going to be a few minutes late so I tried calling just to have an automated message tell me the health center wasn’t open today because of lack of providers. It would’ve been nice to maybe get a call or a message saying my appointment would have to be cancelled or rescheduled instead of wasting an hour of my day. I booked this appointment weeks ago.
Birth control and pregnancy tests and STD tests. So glad this place still is open. The hours are been walking only open Wednesday Friday and Monday but probably bring that on Roe versus Wade and all the horrible stuff.
I genuinely can’t believe that any of these issues that I’ve had here are all that hard to fix or do properly, but it took tow separate visits, multiple calls, and a few emails, and a total of two months before they even had my name in the system properly, despite very clear clarification and reassurance that it would have been fixed after my first appointment. Recently they’ve screwed up refilling my prescription twice and just straight up didn’t send it in.
