I went to Planned Parenthood to have my IUD replaced on recommendation from my pcp. I have had poor experiences with gynecologists being insensitive. The lovely humans who provided my care practiced some of the best trauma informed care I’ve ever experienced, were very big on making sure that informed consent was happening, and amazingly personable. Extremely rude
Came here to have my BC removed. My care was managed by Maryconnor Thompson. I had such a good experience. They were very personable and had really cool niche earrings. I just happen to have some similar at home. We love to see it. Anyway, they answered any questions I had and was very communicative with me and what they were doing while handling my care. I hope we cross paths again. I’d like to see them again for care in the future.
Brought my friend here for a procedure. Her APPOINTMENT was at 11am. She was brought back at 11:30 and given an IV at 1:30pm. And was told her appointment was only supposed to be 3-5 hours long. 5 hours in she hasn’t even been given medication or taken to a pre op room. And has been left with an IV IN HER ARM in a small room after not eating before the appointment. Her appointment has turned into 7 hours.
