I traveled for an hour and eight minutes to have my IUD removed, and the person who saw me said she couldn't see it on the ultrasound. She thought it might have perforated my uterus or become lodged somewhere else. I went to the emergency room, and with an MRI, they saw my IUD was in place; everything was fine. I don't understand how she couldn't see anything.
If you were the receptionist this afternoon I hope you see this. I could tell you genuinely felt bad about me driving so far and my appointment being canceled. I just wanted you to know you helped me out more than anyone and I really appreciate it. Truly the only kindness I had all day. YOU ARE AMAZING 🥰
The staff here are incredibly kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. So grateful they exist and beyond grateful for the care I have received from them and other locations over the years. This clinic is immaculately clean and well appointed as well.
