While the organization as a whole is very much needed, the service itself isn't up to standards. Consistently being rushed off the phone as patients try to receive help or ask questions is not the correct manner to make anyone feel comfortable. For me, it was a simple verification of logging into MyChart or what I thought would be simple. I 100% recommend this planned parenthood they made me feel at home and everybody there has good energy even the security guard at the very front desk.! Ms Quan and Ms.jill are my favorite because they helped me the most but everybody there is kind caring and compassionate I’m glad I came here to get checked up💯
