Kim and Madeline are the best!! Felt very safe and secure
Straight bully nurses and staff. Physicians are great.
I actually love the services Planned Parenthood offers. The only issue is wait times are over an hour long for a less than 15 minutes appointment. I mentioned this inconvenience to the staff to which they let me know they double book their providers. By the time the provider gets to you, the appointment is rushed and done within 10 minutes so they can go on and catch up with everyone else. This is a huge discrepancy in scheduling and straight up inconvenience to those served.
Showed up ON TIME to tell me I have to wait an extra hour ?? So unprofessional lol
