I'm so grateful for the brave people who work at Planned Parenthood. We've been going to the Gulf Freeway location for several years for healthcare. These are NOT HANDMAID'S TALE Days, regardless of the attempts by the weasels.
No entiendo por qué estas clínicas aquí en Houston tienen muy malos comentarios, estuve viviendo en California y haya cerca de mi casa había una clínica planned parenthood y me atendían súper bien, sin esperar tanto tiempo y lo mejor es que era gratis, absolutamente todo era gratis. No se aquí en Houston como se maneje esto ?
Customer service was horrible today from check in (Jackie) and operations. Been coming here for well woman exams since I was a teenager. Oh well… I will definitely find other options. It’s very very unfortunate to see such an amazing place turn into a place I don’t even want to go to anymore due to an actual unpleasant experience.
I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I recently found out I’m pregnant and needed a dating scan, mainly to rule out an ectopic pregnancy due to my known risk with blocked tubes. I scheduled the appointment online, then called the number listed for this location to confirm two things: that I could be seen at 6 weeks, and that they accepted my insurance.
