I went to Planned Parenthood for an IUD insertion. The nurse practitioner Sonia was so amazing. She was so kind and welcoming and explained the entire procedure to me, from choosing which type of IUD was best for me, to how to have a smooth recovery afterwards and things to look out for. She was very professional and warm at the same time, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Yes it hurt, but that is normal. I would absolutely come back to this location.

NP Sonia Okorie was so great! This was my third implant removal/ reinsertion and she was very gentle had no pain at all! She explained procedure, answered questions and great bedside manner!
I have reviewed this location before as I have visited this location a handful of times over the years. I had another appointment this past week and felt it necessary to reiterate how exceptional this location is. For me, it is worth the 30 minute drive that it takes to get to this location due to the superior level of service the staff provides.
