Lower ranking employees at the clinic are amazing, as well as the administrative workers upstairs. Management and HR are prejudice, discriminatory, vengeful, spiteful, unjust, and downright mean. The relationship between coworkers is great and supportive, they prioritize teaching new hires and immersing them in new experiences, and the people are just great. Terrible. I’d called about a week ago to see about testing for PCOS because I wasn’t able to get in anywhere else. The lady on the phone I spoke with while setting up the appointment said they offered it and to expect to have to give a urine sample and that I was all set. Fast forward, they actually couldn’t do the tests at all because I was wasn’t informed on what I had to do so I ended up leaving very disappointed and in a lot of pain. This was my first visit to this particular PP, and I was quite impressed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful and knowledgable staff, I left my appointment feeling taken care of and know that I will be back for necessary future visits. Highly recommend this clinic!
