This was my first visit to this particular PP, and I was quite impressed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful and knowledgable staff, I left my appointment feeling taken care of and know that I will be back for necessary future visits. Highly recommend this clinic!

I was treated deplorably by Skye Lashway, the medical receptionist at the Plattsburgh Planned Parenthood location this morning, for no justifiable reason. She was aggressive, rude and abusive simply because I didn’t check in as she wanted online, that I had to step away a few minutes before my appt., for a call, and was clearly trying to juggle work demands before my appt.
