Lovely people. Lovely experience. Everything was done efficiently & I appreciate being able to book an appointment online without having to call since I booked so last minute. No wait time neither.
I never post reviews but the people that work here are SO kind and understanding and patient. I had no wait at all and the appointment was a breeze. They’re super professional and knowledgeable, I highly HIGHLY recommend!
Used to have great experiences here. I will no longer be using Planned Parenthood in the future. The first issue was that I couldn’t log in to my account. The second issue was that I couldn’t get through to anyone at the phone number. The third issue was when I went to the location and was denied access to the building, which I understand — but I also couldn’t make an appointment online or over the phone because their systems were messed up. The staff was very sweet & kind. I was there for an IUD removal and routine STD screening. I was limited on places to go because I currently don't have insurance. Very easy to work with around that.
Get a new security guard, your current one is terrible.
