The ladies were so nice but that bald man has a nasty attitude, he kept trying to overcharge me for testing and got hostile with the girls up front (super unprofessional in my opinion). Thankfully the women actually looked and realized i had already paid for what he was trying to charge me for.

I will never go here again. Went for some STD testing. They want to run my insurance. I ask, "What is the price?" Front desk staff doesn't know the prices. How do you not know the price of services you do every day? This is why the healthcare industry is broken. They just say, "insurane should cover it". Then they bill whatever they want. Insurance says it's out of network and I get a bill for $1,200 from Quest. Everyone was very friendly and gentle. I had an appointment on a Thursday morning and they were not busy so I was seen pretty quickly. I was informed of cost expectations and follow up recommendations. Their app is easy to use as well. Definitely recommend!
