I will never go here again. Went for some STD testing. They want to run my insurance. I ask, "What is the price?" Front desk staff doesn't know the prices. How do you not know the price of services you do every day? This is why the healthcare industry is broken. They just say, "insurane should cover it". Then they bill whatever they want. Insurance says it's out of network and I get a bill for $1,200 from Quest. Everyone was very friendly and gentle. I had an appointment on a Thursday morning and they were not busy so I was seen pretty quickly. I was informed of cost expectations and follow up recommendations. Their app is easy to use as well. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely wonderful people here. I am extremely awkward and have high anxiety but everyone here was super sweet. The main doctor I saw, Molly really took the time to ask and answer questions. The lady who did my blood draw was a pro. I can’t recommend this place enough. I know there can be a bit of a stigma around planned parenthood but everyone working here really seemed to have my best interest at heart and it was a very safe space.
Came in with little to no hope and left with ALL THE HOPE in the world. God bless Lashawna and Shamille (I hope that’s the spelling) wonderful staff and service!
