I scheduled online for a Nexplanon insertion due to my insurance not being able to cover it at my normal gynecology office. I was super nervous and anxious going for the first time due to having white coat syndrome and listening to harmful stigmas about planned parenthood but my opinion was quickly changed. The appointment was very fast and easy, the place was very clean and the front desk receptionists were very friendly. Everyone one was very nice and very accommodating! I highly recommend this PP.
Dr Smiley was phenomenal. Showed genuine care and concern. Assured me as a patient and had fantastic bed side manner and definitely allowed time to really listen to me. She didn't miss a beat! Gentle and comforting. Knoweldge and I typically choose male doctors but will absolutely return to see her! Thank you so much and to all of thr attentive staff.
