They changed a few things with the insurance but still the most fantastic service possible
I would give zero stars if I could. If you’re scheduled with Lisa Brathwaite-Mason don’t even bother. My appointment was at 2:40. I arrived at 2:30 and was checked in and registered by my appointment time. The nurse called me back went through my history, had me do a urine sample (I was just there ONLY FOR STI testing, I expected it to be quick) and told me the provider would be in shortly and that she couldn’t do any labs until I was seen by the provider. I came here to get the Mirena BC removed out of my arm. I came in crying and desperate to get it removed due to it making me crazy and everyone was so nice. I got the closest appointment 2 days later and I didn’t have to pay due to my low income. I will be coming back for my future OB/Women issues.
I came in to have my IUD removed. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to any type of doctor and especially when they’re going to get all up in my business. Thankfully the staff was absolutely wonderful and helped make the experience bearable. My husband was with me for support and ended up getting nauseous and light headed from witnessing the procedure and they took good care of him too! I would highly recommend this location!
