not affordable or accessible
No longer a safe space for people in need! I was just rejected from getting help because I couldn't pay 200 up front. I've been going to PP for 16 years now and have always been billed and paid the bill that I received and today I was refused service because I couldn't pay them the full amount upfront. Claiming its "always been their practice" and (again) in 16 years, it was NEVER the practice to demand payment in full. THEN their responses changed to "well, in order for us to stay open." $152 for them to tell me they couldn't remove my iud and they have to send me to someone else. Follow up on previous review: After charging me anyways for not being able to perform the procedure, they additionally added a $95 unexplained bill to my portal. I called and spoke to billing and they confirmed that PP made a "mistake" in adding this charge to my account and they shouldn't have done so. This kind of shady careless bs is ridiculous.
