One of the ladies (older, short blonde hair) working the front desk is really mean and rude for no reason. Her attitude sticks out like a sore thumb. The service at this location is a notch down from other locations.
Everyone was kind here and the snacks really came through
I brought my sister in who wanted to get a std screening and pregnancy test and we were basically turned away due to her having a mental illness and probably because we are African American. They checked her in then ten minutes later said they were not doing walk ins anymore. A few minutes later a couple walked in who were walk ins and they were checked in. Staff should be trained at this location not to discriminate
I have a appointment on the 14th Iam currently waiting on my id I have insurance would I still be able to be seen without it?
