Having had a bad experience previously with a different gynecologist; I was pretty nervous coming to planned parenthood for an iud insertion. I felt so comfortable there, the environment didn't feel too clinical and sterile, it made me feel calm. And the part that really cemented the experience as being very positive was the nurse Laurie. She was amazing and lovely.
Incredible staff. So helpful and kind.
I had a very positive experience my nurses Yamila and Lorri were amazing. Everyone in the facility was very friendly and warming explained everything in detail highly recommend to anyone needing assistance
