I cannot say enough great things about the staff at this place! They made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions and everyone was so sweet! I’m not sure why they have such a bad rating. I highly recommend this place!
Their office management and scheduling is HORRIBLE! Had an appointment on Tuesday that they cancelled a half hour before the scheduled time. We had already been driving for a half hour to get there. Rescheduled for Thursday. Now we're sitting in the waiting room for a 1:10 appointment and it's already 2:43!!! This is RIDICULOUS! Why even schedule appointments?
Wow everyone here was so nice and empathetic. We were here for miscarriage care and saw Lily, Yamila, Lori, and Dr. Walsh. They were all so kind, patient, and thorough. So grateful for their care.
