I'm normally very supportive of PP, but I had a horrible experience due to admin/reception area's lack of follow up and getting my insurance info. Yes, I actually have insurance, but your people wanted me to pay $110 just for an office visit because some asshole didn't verify my insurance coverage. And apparently only 1 guy can do that?! Pitiful.
