I loved this place at first. Up until my last scheduled appointment today where they said they can't take me AT ALL because my insurance hasn't paid them (according to the woman at the front desk). The medium length curly haired (seemingly latina) woman. I called my insurance on the drive home and found out that was a complete lie. They did pay for the majority of my services but not fully for std panel (which they convinced me to get even though it wasn't necessary, fully knowing my primary is Medicare) but she was obviousl... read more
Second time coming and not the not the last. I enjoy coming here, everyone helps out without judgmental faces. I was greeted greatly by Briana, we had a conversation about books and it was amazing to just have this experience with her before my appointment, it took the stress away. I came here because I had an infection and I thought it would be easy and affordable since they’re known to be helpful with what I had, i got antibiotics the first time but I had to come in again as it wasn’t working, I was pretty sure I needed labs ordered to find out what was wrong so I assumed that was the next step, so I made an appointment with Eric A Esparza and he told me I was fine and to drink water that he wasn’t concerned at all, I even tried asking for labs to make sure I was fine because I was hurting and he den... read more
