It was my very first time going to Planned Parenthood, I saw this location close to where I live, and they had nothing but good reviews—so I chose to go there. Their website said they accepted walk-ins, and so that’s what I did right after work. Patient Access Specialist, Rosie M, was the person who helped me. It is sad how attacked Planned Parenthood is. I have been to many doctors in my 59 years and I have never received the kind, patient and compassionate care as I have at the Planned Parenthood in Murrieta. Everyone went above and beyond from checking me through eery step to checking me out! I have found myself with no insurance and a medical concern. No other office would work with me the way PP has. Bad nurse practitioner, went in to have a a check up and was shamed for coming in and told that I had it done last year , even when I was concerned with new lumps forming. Don’t go here if you’re hoping to fix anything .The one in riverside is much better.
