The entire team here is so wonderful. I needed an emergency copper iud, and they were the only ones willing to help me, not only in a timely manner but immediately. They advocated for me when my insurance didn't want to provide coverage. They made sure I was throughly informed, and they provided gentle care. I'm very happy with my experience yesterday.
Wonderful experience. I had issues with my insurance company and getting a referral from my PCP. Veronica the front office manager was so so patient and helpful in dealing with that issue. She was even able to get me an appointment that day despite missing my initial appointment because of referral issues. Mildred the clinician was very professional and kind!
