I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I had been going to a previous PP location and started going here due to moving and they blew my standards out of the water. Millie, Gircel*, and Veronica made my experience extremely comfortable, non judgmental, and informed for my HRT. Definitely will be recommending them to my community ❤️
Not only is the office unprofessional by having you perform your own vaginal swab over the public toilet, they don’t listen and don’t provide the listed services. The lady I talked to who said “I’m just getting you ready to talk to the nurse” ignored me when I said 5+ times I was not there for contraceptives and did not want them. I am sick and need help. I was wary of the poor reviews for this location, but they must be really old, because everyone here was fantastic! Incredibly kind and professional. I got my implant removed and it was such a quick process, with lots of laughs and no anxiety. I recommend this location unequivocally.
