I was concerned about coming because of the ratings however i could not have had a better experience! Everyone I spoke to was professional, polite and friendly. We were able to get estimates of the costs before coming but it was even cheaper than they quoted because my kids are on Medicaid and I qualified for a grant. I would highly recommend Planned Parenthood!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. I had been going to a previous PP location and started going here due to moving and they blew my standards out of the water. Millie, Gircel*, and Veronica made my experience extremely comfortable, non judgmental, and informed for my HRT. Definitely will be recommending them to my community ❤️
Not only is the office unprofessional by having you perform your own vaginal swab over the public toilet, they don’t listen and don’t provide the listed services. The lady I talked to who said “I’m just getting you ready to talk to the nurse” ignored me when I said 5+ times I was not there for contraceptives and did not want them. I am sick and need help.
