I got one of the iud’s about 3 years ago and had the worst experience with it. It was supposed to lessen my period and period cramps and I asked about weight gain and they said that that doesn’t happen with this but it in fact did the exact opposite, granted I wasn’t bleeding as much but I had cramps everyday. I also gained over 70 pounds. I called them once about it and they said to give it a few more months to adjust so I did. My appointment was at 3 PM and I was back in my car at 3:30. Quick and easy procedure to get my implant removed and replaced. Five stars. Two thumbs up. These guys are definitely the pros and know what they’re doing.
This place is a joke, the government should shut it down, every time I make an appointment they make me wait way past my appointment time, when I point out that I’ve been waiting they proceed to tell me I should expect to be here an hour to an hour and a half, my time is important as well and the office manager told me I could go somewhere else, I have never been so offended in my life, since when is our time not as important?
The people that work for Planned Parenthood are so genuinely kind. Took care of my daughter & worked with us in a very helpful way. Their health services are much needed!!!
Very nice and personable staff. The app is terrible you can read messages but sending them through the app is not convenient .
