I was referred here by my doctor to get an IUD. It was super easy to schedule appointment and I was in and out within an hour. The nurses were super good at answering all of my questions and providing support with everything. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this location to others.
All I ask if I was to be waiting almost an hr for my appointment that communication happen so someone waiting in the room does not feel abandoned for almost 30min and that the room is comfortable (no ac or airflow had to step outside as i work outdoors in the heat all day and i was not feeling great). A simple it be x amount of time til you. Everett and Northgate zero issues in and out. Apologies if running behind no problem. One even gave me a lollipop before I left now that was awesome and made my day.
These people save my life today. I have been waiting over a year to see a gynecologist. Meanwhile, I have been suffering with burning due to menopause. Today they prescribe me hormone patches and got me out of my misery. It only took 3 hours from the time I called till the time I got in . they take coordinated Care insurance ! highly recommend these people. They really care about how you feel.
