I had an extremely positive experience for my annual exam, all of my concerns were thoroughly addressed by my care provider during my visit, she was really patient and help me understand everything I needed to know. I am so grateful for the amazing experience, everyone from the receptionist to the medical assistance was really professional and kind and made it one of the most positive experiences I've ever had at a gynecologist
Don’t want to scare people from coming to this location, but I honestly believe many would benefit from visiting a different office when possible. From my exam room, I could hear staff talking about me. No ultrasound machine. Physician gave me an incomplete picture of my health.

They do not care about their patients at all. Two weeks I'm trying to refill a simple prescription. They don't respond to their online messages. It's impossible to call them because their office doesn't take calls, they use some call center that also uses the online messaging system nobody ever checks to reach out to their branch offices. I'm about to run out of medication so I go into the office to ask why they can't just send a refill to my pharmacy.
