I had a really good experience at Planned Parenthood. The staff was amazing and very kind. They made me feel comfortable the whole time, which helped a lot because I was really nervous. I got an IUD inserted and it was definitely painful, but the providers made the process super fast and explained everything clearly, which made it easier to get through. As someone who always reads reviews but typically does not write one, i felt the need to share my experience with the Kissimmee Planned Parenthood. I went in today for an IUD insertion. The process was smooth from the moment i went in to when i stepped out. The front desk was very kind, the nurse was patient and answered all of my questions and concerns, and the doctor was extremely gentle and talked me through every step of the procedure. I’ve visited twice for healthcare and both times their staff has been exceptional. Kind, informed, respectful. I drive 30 min to this location for care because I trust their staff and know I’ll be treated with respect and dignity.
