Amazing experience, I am so thankful to the Planned Parenthood team at Kissimmee! I came to this Planned Parenthood after my regular OBGYN notified me that they couldn’t replace my IUD despite prior appointments and weeks of notice. Panicked and desperate to just get the IUD replacement over with, I thought to visit Planned Parenthood as a walk-in and see if they could swap my soon-expiring IUD for a fresh one. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot thank this office enough for helping me today when I was in so much pain and had nowhere else to turn. The ER and urgent care couldn’t help me, and the office where I had an appointment was booked too far out and did not accept walk-ins. Thankfully, this office does. Even without an appointment, they took extra measures to make sure I could be seen the same day. I was on the phone with Alma and for all 34 minutes she made sure she tried her best to get me an appointment. In the end she was able to get me that appointment and it means more than anything that a stranger fought for me. With everything going on in the world knowing there are kind people out there who will go out of their way for a stranger means so much. Keep up the great work at the kissimmee location!

I would recommend here. I went to remove an IUD and the lady was very gentle and she made me feel so comfortable. 10/10
